Common questions

What counts as a satellite?

Any device running huginn serve that has been connected to HuginnCloud via huginn connect. Each satellite registers independently and appears in your dashboard with its own online/offline status.

Does HuginnCloud store my data?

No. HuginnCloud is a WebSocket relay — commands travel through our servers but nothing is stored. Your conversations, code, and agent outputs stay on your satellite.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your satellites stay registered but will go offline from remote access until you pick a plan. Your local Huginn continues working normally — HuginnCloud is optional.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes, any time from the billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.

Do I need HuginnCloud to use Huginn?

No. Huginn is free, open source, and fully functional on its own. HuginnCloud is an optional add-on for remote access.

What's included in "full Huginn web UI"?

Everything: chat with your agents, watch the thread panel, manage routines and their inbox, browse skills, check connections, and view stats — all remotely.
